Gastronomy

In our restaurant or on the terrace, surrounded by regional plants and flowers, we will offer you the "Melkermenue", a traditional dish the "Ferme Auberge" of Munster Valley have been famous for, for generations, as well as little snacks and suggestions of the day, prepared from homegrown meat and homemade cheese  from the own farm.

On advance order we will be glad to prepare for you traditional dishes like "Choucroute garnie", Beackaoffa, Fleischchnaka,and other warm cheese specialites like Raclette  or Potatoes gratin with Munstercheese.

In order to serve you best, we would ask you to make a table reservation, along with the dish of your choice.

The half-board at Christlesgut

For our residents the day starts with a farmhouse breakfast mainly consisting of homemade products like butter, milk, a variety of jams, cheese, bread asa well as tea, coffe, hot chocolate and juice.
