The food we serve is mainly made from our farm products.
We manufacture our own dairy products (munster, barikaas and tome cheeses, milk and butter) in the local traditional way and we also make jams and pâtés according to seasons. You are welcome to discover the cheese manufacturing process whilst visiting our dairy. You will also see our cows and calves in the surrounding meadows.
We have about 30 milk cows (Prim Holstein and Montbeliarde species) and 10 meat cows. You might also see our bull and hear the pigs inside the farm.
